• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, disclosing known issues, and ensuring a safe work area.
• You agree to follow our safety instructions and recommendations.

5. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer

We warrant that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
